Throughout Nicola’s career she has developed a comprehensive understanding of both operational and management roles across NHS and commercial sectors. Her career has spanned every level of pharmaceutical compounding, from hands-on technical work to strategic leadership. In 2008, Nicola transitioned into sales, where she has since built a strong track record of success. This unique blend of technical expertise and commercial acumen has enabled Nicola to setup her own business, with the focus being on delivering the highest quality customer service. With international connections across the industry, she is able to provide bespoke tools and equipment to medical professionals with in-depth and first-hand experience of using the products as a medical professional.

Courtney’s career spans a rich and varied landscape, from private ward cover to NHS aseptic production, commercial aseptic services, and Radiopharmacy. Her hands-on experience across these sectors has given her a deep understanding of the pharmacy field, complemented by her successful completion of the GPhC pharmacy technician accreditation.

Driven by a passion for patient care and pharmaceutical excellence, Courtney co-founded Feelassured with her mother, combining her clinical expertise with a sharp commercial acumen. In this sales-driven environment, she has consistently outperformed targets year after year, delivering tailored solutions that meet both clinical and customer needs.

Angela is the newest member of the FeelAssured team, and her organisational and project management skills have already proven invaluable. Joining us as Business Manager, Angela brings over 30 years of experience in secretarial and administrative management roles. Her wealth of expertise enables her to provide exceptional support to our senior managers and lead account teams across a wide market. Renowned for her meticulous attention to detail, Angela is a trusted and highly capable asset to the team.
